- The My Device Info site lists a database of compatible cable modems. In addition, you can view your device or compatible models to ensure your modem or router supports your internet package.
- Afterward, you can head over to the Xfinity Offers page for additional information, internet speeds, and other offers in your region.
Identifying Compatible Devices
- For a personalized experience, visit the My Device Info page and log into your account using your Xfinity ID and passcode.
Note: If you can’t sign in or aren’t an Xfinity member, you’ll need to use your ZIP Code and choose a Download rate from the drop-down menu. Afterward, select the Find Equipment option to show all compatible devices with your desired specifications.
